As a charity formed in 1981, we offer transport assistance to residents of Fleet, Church Crookham, Crookham Village and Dogmersfield to medical appointments when no other means of transport is available.

Our wonderful team of volunteers have taken over 2,500 tasks this year so are ready for a Christmas break.

The phone line is switched off until Friday 2nd January from 10am to 1pm,

when we will be ready to take requests for help with your appointments up to Friday 9th January 2026

*There will be no Communicare message on the line outside of these times.

We will do our best to find transport for you, but please understand this may not always be possible.

Volunteer drivers choose when, where and how often they drive for us.
Volunteer duty officers work from home on a rota and mostly do one duty a month.
